has over ten years of teaching experience and has participated in various large bodybuilding competitions, including
2009 HKCBBA 65kg below third place
2010 HKFBF 65kg below third place
2013 HKFBF Classic Bodybuilding under 170cm champion
I hope to use my many years of fitness teaching experience and competition experience to teach each student how to train for muscle gain, fat loss, and weight loss. I will provide a tailored program based on the different needs of each student's body, as everyone, regardless of gender, has different body shapes. Some may have more weight in the lower body, some may be very thin, and some may have previous injuries or are postpartum. I will also recommend dietary meal plans that suit the different needs of each student, in order to establish different training plans, with the goal of helping everyone achieve a more perfect body shape!
